Ingredients
  1. 10 ounces of Chicken (pre-cooked & sliced)
  2. 1 (15 ounce) can of Lobster
  3. ½ pound Fettuccine Pasta
  4. 1 large Onion (chopped)
  5. 1 clove of Garlic (Lehsan) (minced)
  6. ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  7. ½ cup Heavy Cream
  8. Bisque
  9. 1 tsp. Butter (Makhan)
Method
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package directions; drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion; cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it is softened, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in bisque, heavy cream, parmesan cheese and chicken. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is heated throughly, stirring frequently.
  • Add the fettuccine and mix well.
