Ingredients
  1. • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  2. • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. • Yogurt 1 cup
  4. • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  5. • White pepper ½ tsp
  6. • Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
  7. • Onion chopped 1 cup
  8. • Green chilies 3 grinded
  9. • Khoya ½ cup
  10. • Cream 4 tbsp
  11. • Rose water 1 tsp
  12. • Melon seeds 1 tbsp
  13. • Cashew nuts 10
  14. • Sliced almonds 2 tbsp
  15. • Sliced pistachio 1 tbsp
  16. • Oil ½ cup
  17. • Silver waraq for garnish
Method
  • Grind together melon seeds and cashew nuts, marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, salt, white pepper and green cardamom powder, heat oil add chopped onion, fry till transparent add grinded green chilies and khoya, cook for 2-3 minutes add marinated chicken cook for 10 minutes, add grinded paste of melon seeds and cashew nuts, cover and cook on low flame till chicken tender, lastly add rose water and cream To serve Arrange the chicken pieces in a serving platter; pour the gravy over, garnish with sliced almonds and pistachio and silver waraq.
