Ingredients
  1. undercut beef 1 piece (long stripped)
  2. black pepper 1 tsp
  3. salt to taste
  4. soya sauce 3 tbsp
  5. sugar 1 tsp
  6. cucumber 2
  7. oil 4 tbsp
  8. Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté
  • When garlic turns to brown color add the beef strips and allow frying until the water of beef dries.
  • Then add salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp sugar.
  • Cook nicely then add a little water, cut the cubes of cucumber and add in the beef.
  • Black sauce beef with cucumber is ready to serve.
