Ingredients
  1. Mince½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Capsicum1
    Peas boiled½ cup
    Onion2
    Tomatoes3
    Crushed cumin seeds1 tbsp
    Crushed coriander seeds1 tbsp
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Chili powder1 tbsp
    All spice powder½ tsp
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Oil¼ cup
    Yogurt125 gm
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add in 2 chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well on high flame till water dries.
    Now add 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp crushed cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, salt to taste and 125 gm yogurt. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
    Then add ½ cup boiled peas and 1 capsicum. Cover and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
    Now remove lid, add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves.
    Lastly add ½ tsp all spice powder and mix well. Serve with chapatti.
