A.O.A, I am Rubab from Jeddah. I have posted my question before but no one answered. Now I am posting again with a hope that some one will reply. I have done intermediate this year and my subjects were Maths,Economics and Statistics. Now I am interested in doing B.com from Karachi university because I have no other choice but I have to do it private because there is no such academy or any university. I have no such information about b.com. Kindly tell me its subjects of part one or any site from where I can get any useful information. Here I have no source of information. or mein internship karna chahta hoon because mere pass job experience bilkul bhee nahi hai or ab mei sochta hoon k job na kar k mainay ghalti to nahi kardi because ab to sub study k saath job experience bhee mangtay hian or ek baat yeh k mere stats kafi weak hai to koi teacher hain jo stats parha dein masters level k student koo.

I have been working in Nestle Pakistan Ltd since 2001 in Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable, Sales Control and Sales Administration functions. Earlier I have done M.Sc in Economics in 1999 and now I have done diploma and Masters degree in Human Resource Management intention to switch over to HRM function. But I am in a situation where no organisation even my current employer Nestle not taking me into HRM Function.
How I can switch over into HRM Function? Please advise.
