| JAWAD (Professional) Masters Degree Masters in Human Resources LAHORE
| I have been working in Nestle Pakistan Ltd since 2001 in Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable, Sales Control and Sales Administration functions. Earlier I have done M.Sc in Economics in 1999 and now I have done diploma and Masters degree in Human Resource Management intention to switch over to HRM function. But I am in a situation where no organisation even my current employer Nestle not taking me into HRM Function. How I can switch over into HRM Function? Please advise.

| | Dear first of all how much time has been passed in account section, it is deciding factors 2nd is when they are able to hire professional HRM personnel than why they look at you dear is you consider it better than you will go higher studies in account section so that you can easily switch to higher position or more better organization.

| | Mr.Jawad in my opinion switching from one profession to another brings wrong impression on the personality and fitting in situations. I can say just join single profession and fit yourself in that profession means acquire all the relevant knowledge show that to your peer and I hope once he realized your abilities you will get the job.
