Ingredients
  1. Large shell pasta 250 g
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 2 cloves
  4. Pine nuts 60 g
  5. Salami, thinly sliced 125 g
  6. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp
Method
  • • Cook pasta in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
  • • Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic and pine buts, stirring constantly over a medium heat for 2 minutes
  • • Remove pan from heat and stir in salami and parsley. Add salami mixture to pasta and toss to combine. Serve
