Ingredients
  1. 3 Slices of Bread
  2. Olive oil for brushing
  3. Fresh Mozzarella, (cut into thin slices)
  4. Veggie Filling:
  5. 1 tb sp yogurt(drain out water)
  6. Chilli sauce
  7. shredded lettuce
  8. shredded cucumber
  9. chopped tomatoes
  10. Salt to taste
  11. black pepper to taste.
Method
  • 1.Mix all veggies with yogurt and chilli sauce,
  • add salt/ pepper.
  • 2. Generously brush olive oil on both sides of bread.
  • 3.Spread the thinly sliced fresh mozzarella on one slice of bread.
  • 4.Put the bread slices in pre heated oven until cheese starts to melt and bread becomes light golden,
  • 5.turn the bread slice and spread the veggies cover it with the mozzarella bread slice and then the last slice of bread.
  • 6. bake for 2-3 minutes till golden.
  • 7.Cut the sandwich into 2 and serve with leftover veggie mix or any sauce of your choice.
