Ingredients
  1. Boiled rice 250g
    Mixed veggies 1/2kg
    Lemon juice 3tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
    Vinegar                3tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1tsp
    Mustard  paste 1tsp
    Mozzarella cheese 200G
    Oil 2-3tbsp
    Salt  as required
    Finely chopped coriander for garnishing
Method
  • In a mixing bowl add 250g boiled rice, 1/2kg boiled mixed veggies, 3tbsp lemon juice,2tbsp Worcestershire sauce , 3tbsp vinegar, 1tsp crushed black pepper, salt as required.
    Grease an oven tray with 2-3tbsp oil and evenly spread the rice mixture on top.
    Garnish with 200g mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes.
