  1. سوئیٹ کارن ۔۔ آدھا کپ
  2. لہسن ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
  3. کالی مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  4. کریم ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
  5. دار چینی پاؤڈر ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
  6. سخت بریڈ ۔۔ سرونگ کے لئے
  7. اورنج شملہ مرچ ۔۔ ایک عدد
  8. پیلی سملہ مرچ ۔۔ ایک عدد
  9. ہری شملہ مرچ ۔۔ ایک عدد
  10. کلونجی ۔۔ چٹکی بھر
  11. ابلے مٹن چاپس ۔۔ آدھا کلو
  12. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
  13. تیل ۔۔ 4/1 کپ
  14. ابلے چاول ۔۔ دو کپ
  15. ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
  16. مکھن ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
METHOD
  • پین میں آئل کے ساتھ کٹی پیاز کو سوتے کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں بیف بوٹی کلونجی، لہسن کالی مرچ، نمک دار چینی پاؤڈر، ٹماٹر کا پیصت اور سوئیٹ کارن شامل کر کے مزید فرائی کریں۔ تھوڑا سا مکھن اور کریم بھی شامل کردیں۔ اب ایک کڑاہی میں ابلے چاول سوئیٹ کارن اور دار چینی کا پاوڈر ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ تیار ہونے پر پیلیٹر میں نکال لیں۔ پھر پیلی، اورنج اور ہری شملہ مرچ کے سلائسز کاٹ کر ان پر رکھیں۔ تیار مٹن چاپس ڈالیں اور چاندی کے ورق سے گارنش کر کے فرائیڈ ویجیٹیبل کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔

I came here for copying Turkesh pulao recipe but maybe this was lucky decision that I've seen many more dishes there on this page related to the Turkesh pulao and now i change the plan and going to made this more spicy with both recipes
