Ingredients
  1. • Peas 1 ½ cup boiled
  2. • Potatoes 4 cut into medium size pieces boiled and deep fried
  3. • Onion 2 sliced
  4. • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  5. • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  6. • Green chilies 4 chopped
  7. • Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
  8. • Khatai powder ½ tsp
  9. • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp heaped
  10. • Salt ½ tsp
  11. • Coriander 1 tsp
  12. • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  13. • Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • •Heat oil add cumin seeds, sliced onion, fry till light golden add chopped ginger and tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes add coriander powder, chili powder, khatai powder, salt, ¼ cup water, fry well add peas, potatoes, tandoori masla, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till oil comes on top. Serve garnish with coriander and green chilies.
