Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Semolina
  2. 2 tbsp curd
  3. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds (roasted and pounded)
  4. A pinch of asafetida
  5. A pinch of soda bicarbonate
  6. 2 tbsp oil for batter
  7. ½ tsp turmeric
  8. ½ tsp red chilli powder
  9. 2 tsp sugar
  10. 3 green chillies (ground)
  11. A piece of ginger (ground)
  12. ¼ cup water
Method
  • Heat the oil and pour into the suji, next add the remaining ingredients and mix well . the butter should be of dropping consistency.Set aside for 2-3 hours Now, from into small round balls and deep fry on a medium fire till golden brown. Serve hot
