Ingredients
  1. 4 Bread slices
  2. 6 tbsp Blue Band Margarine
  3. 2 Carrots finely sliced
  4. 2 Cucumber finely chopped
  5. as required Salt
  6. 1 Full boiled eggs
  7. 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  8. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  9. 1tsp Black pepper
  10. 1tsp Sugar
  11. as required Oil
Method
  • In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise,Blue Band Margarine, cucumber, carrots, sugar, salt, black pepper and mashed hard boiled eggs.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread slices. Remove the bread allow to cool then use a star shaped cookie cutter to make star shapes.
  • Spread the prepared sandwich spread onto the star shaped bread slices, add a little tomato ketchup and serve.
