زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کاچمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
املی کا گودا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

پودینہ،دھنیا،ہری مرچ،پسی لال مرچ،زیرہ،نمک،املی کا گودا اور دہی کو بلینڈر میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔ چٹنی تیار ہے۔
