سونٹھ کی چٹنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. املی کا گودا ۔۔ ایک پیالی
  2. چینی ۔۔ ایک پیالی
  3. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
  4. سونٹھ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  5. کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
METHOD
  • ایک پین میں املی کا گودا اور چینی ڈال کر پکائیں۔ اب اس میں زیرہ، نمک، کٹی لال مرچ شامل کر کے پکائیں۔ آخر میں سونٹھ شامل کرکے جار میں نکال لیں۔
