ادرک لہسن پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکاچمچ
چاٹ مصالہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکاچمچ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت
نمک۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذوق

METHOD

آلوؤں کو چھلکوں سمیت درمیانہ ابال کر 2 ٹکڑوں میں کاٹیں اور چمچ کی مدد سے آلوؤں کا گودا نکال لیں۔ ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے آلوؤں کا گودا ڈالیں۔ پھر اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، چاٹ مصالہ اور نمک شامل کرکے ہلکا فرائی کریں۔ اب اس مکسچر کو کٹے آلوؤں میں بھرلیں۔ اوپر سے چیز ڈالیں۔ آخر میں چاٹ مصالہ چھڑک کر بیکنگ ٹرے میں بیک کر لیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم کھانےکےلئے پیش کریں۔
