Ingredients
  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 kg milk
  3. 1 tin condensed milk
  4. 1 packet cream
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 6 cardamoms
  7. 100 grams almonds and pistachio
  8. 100 grams butter
Method
  • In a pan, heat 100 grams clarified butter and cook 1 cup semolina until it turns golden brown. Pour it into 1 kg milk and cook it on low flames.
  • When it thickens, add 6 crushed cardamoms.
  • Take it out in a dish and garnish it with finely sliced almonds and pistachios before serving.
