Sabzi Ki Biryani Recipe

Ingredients
  1. Rice ½ kg soaked for 20 minutes and boiled
  2. Oil ½ cup
  3. Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  4. Yogurt 1 cup
  5. Onion brown ½ cup
  6. Chili powder 2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  10. Mint leaves ½ cup
  11. Green chilies whole 8
  12. Carrots 2 cut in square cubes
  13. Potato cut in square cubes
  14. Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
  15. Peas ½ cup
  16. Cauliflower 250 gm
  17. Tomatoes 4 chopped
  18. French beans 8 to 10 cut in pieces
  19. Yellow color ¼ tsp
  20. Kewra water 1 tsp
  21. Milk ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil add whole spice, brown onion, when light golden, add ginger garlic paste, when brown add finely chopped tomatoes, chili powder, coriander powder, salt.
  • Fry well, add yogurt, add vegetables, cover and cook till vegetables tender.
  • Boil rice with 2 tbsp salt. In a pan put half rice, vegetables mixture, then rice, sprinkle top with color, Kewra and milk, green chilies, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  • Leave it on dum.
