Ingredients
  1. Potatoes ½ kg small and boiled
  2. Peas ½ cup boiled
  3. Carrot ¼ cup
  4. Egg 2
  5. Coriander 2 tsp
  6. Garlic chillies 1 tbsp
  7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  8. For Gravy:-
  9. Oil ½ cup
  10. Brown onion ½ cup
  11. Salt: to taste
  12. Tomato paste ¼ cup
  13. Garlic/ ginger paste 1 tbsp
  14. Cinnamon red chillies,
  15. Coriander 1 tbsp
  16. Together
  17. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Method
  • Boil potatoes peel them, remove their inner pulp with a knife, so as to make their empty covers.
  • In these empty potatoes fill all the above ingredients and carefully fry in oil until golden brown
