Ingredients
  1. 100 grams dry plums
  2. 75 grams raisins
  3. 1 thIsp cumin seeds (powdered)
  4. 1 tblsp chilli powder
  5. ice of 1 large lime (strain¬ed) 107
  6. a few drops saffron essence
  7. a few slicedouts (of your
  8. silver or gold foil
Method
  • Soak the plums in water for 15 minutes, and the raisins in a separate bowl of water for about 10 minutes. Drain the water from both, mix, and grind to a paste along with the cumin and chilli powder. Now mix in the lime-juice, food colouring and essence. Decorate with nuts and cover with it foil.
