Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup Oil
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp Sugar
  5. 1 tbsp Dry milk powder
  6. 1 tbsp Instant yeast
  7. as required Luke warm water to knead
  8. for Topping
  9. 1/2 cup Yellow lentil boiled
  10. 1 chopped in cubes Capsicum
  11. 2 chopped into cubes Tomato
  12. 3 sliced Mushrooms
  13. 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  14. 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  15. 1/2 cup heaped Cheddar cheese
  16. 1/2 cup heaped Mozzarella cheese
  17. 1 tsp Oregano leaves
Method
  • In a bowl mix together ½ kg flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ cup oil, 1 tbsp dry milk powder, mix well, knead into a soft dough with lukewarm water as required, let the dough rest in a warm place for 13 minutes, spread dough in a greased 12 inches pizza plate, spread base with ½ cup pizza sauce, top with ½ cup boiled lentil, ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tomato cut into cubes, 1 capsicum cut into cubes, 3 sliced mushroom and 1 tsp oregano leaves, spread with both the cheese, bake in a hot oven 200 degree C for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with crushed pepper.
