Ingredients
  1. Semolina 1/2 kg
  2. Makhanay (lotus seeds) 1-1/2 bowl
  3. Castor sugar 1-1/2 bowl
  4. Ghee 1 cup
  5. Pistachio handfull
  6. Almonds handfull
  7. Raisins handfull
  8. Coconut handfull
  9. Dry dates handfull
Method
  • 1.Heat half cup ghee and fry makhanay.
  • 2. Take out and crush .
  • 3. Now fry semolina in half cup of oil add makhanay, sugar and crushed dry fruits mix well.
  • 4. Let it cool and make small balls and serve it.

My grand mother used to make yummiest Pinni! But this recipe of Pinni that I just saw here is totally amazing and appears to be delicious. I will definately try this recipe at home.
