نٹی رائس (INGREDIENTS)
  1. سیلا چاول ۔۔ آدھا کلو
  2. گھی ۔۔ آدھا کپ
  3. کیریمل سیرپ ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
  4. کشمش ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ
  5. لیموں کا رس ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ
  6. بادام، پستہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  7. اورنج پیل ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  8. چھوٹی الایچی ۔۔ چھ سے آٹھ عدد
METHOD
  • گھی گرم کے میوہ فرائی کرلیں۔ اب اس میں لیموں کا رس، کیریمل سیرپ اور چاول شامل کر کے پانچ منٹ تک دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔ سرونگ ڈش میں نکالیں اور سرو کریں۔
