نوڈلز کے کباب (INGREDIENTS)

میگی نوڈلز ایک پیکٹ
انڈا ایک عدد
مرغی چار بوٹیاں
ہری پیاز تین عدد
نمک حسب ذائقہ
کالی مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچ پانچ عدد
سرخ مرچ حسب ذائقہ

METHOD

نوڈلز کو مصالحہ ڈال کر ابا لیں۔ مرغی کے ٹکڑے ابال لیں اور باریک بوٹیاں کر لیں۔ ہر ا مصالحہ کاٹ لیں اور انڈے پھینٹ لیں ان میں نمک کالی مرچ ملا دیں۔ نوڈلز ڈال کر پھینٹیں۔ چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے ہو جائیں گے۔ تمام اجزاء کو شامل کر کے مکس کر لیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں تیل ڈال کر یہ پیسٹ گول گول ٹکیوں کے برابر ڈال کر براؤن کر یں۔ سنہری ہو جائے اتار لیں۔
