ہرا دھنیا(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔4/1 گڈی
ہری مرچیں(چوپ کیا ہوئی)۔۔۔3 عدد
پودینہ۔۔۔۔۔(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔4/1 گڈی
پیاز(چوپ کیا ہوئی) ایک عدد
ٹماٹر۔۔۔(چوپ کیا ہوا)ایک عدد
پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
چاٹ مصالہ۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
انڈہ۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔حسب زوق
تیل۔۔۔۔۔تلنے کےلئے

METHOD

ایک پیالے میں تیل کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاء ڈال کر ہاتھ سے یکجان کرلیں۔ اس آمیزے کو مٹھی میں دباتے ہوئے لمبوترے کباب بنالیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں۔ اور کبابوں کو اس میں سنہری تل کر نکالیں۔
