Ingredients
  1. 2 cups peas
  2. 1 medium potato
  3. 1 medium onion
  4. 1 medium tomato
  5. 2 boiled eggs
  6. 3-4 sliced green chillies
  7. ¼ cup oil
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. ½ tsp turmeric
  11. 2 tsp garlic paste
  12. 2 tsp tara garam masala
  13. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Method
  • In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and add 1 medium chopped onion, 1 medium chopped tomato and 2 tsp garlic paste and cook until tomatoes and onions are soft.
  • Then add 2 cup peas, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric and 2 tsp tara garam masala in it and cook until peas are semi cooked.
  • Add in 1 medium chopped potato and ¼ cup water and cook on low flame until potatoes are tender.
  • When potatoes are tender and oil forms a layer on top and a bit of gravy is left, add 3-4 chopped green chillies and 2 tbsp chopped coriander in it and let simmer for two more minutes.
  • Lastly, dish out and garnish with 2 boiled eggs and serve.
