Ingredients
  1. · 2 tbsp. butter
  2. · ½ cup onions, finely chopped
  3. · 1 cup Button mushroom, thinly sliced
  4. · 2 cup Portobello mushroom, thinly sliced
  5. · 1 cup Shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  6. · 2 cups of cooking cream
  7. · 1 cup of labna
  8. · 3 tbsp. white truffle oil
  9. · 500 g Farfalle pasta
  10. · ½ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  11. · Salt and pepper
Method
  • 1.In medium size pan, sauté onions in butter for about 5 minutes or until translucent Add Button mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms and Shitake mushrooms and sauté for an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
  • 2.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add pasta. Cook for 7 -10 minutes until al dente. Add the sautéed mushrooms, cooking cream, labna, white truffle oil, and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.Serve and top with Parmesan cheese.
