Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup moung daal
    1 cup Sugar
    1 cup Ghee
    1/4 cup Mix dry fruits
    1/2 cup water
Method
  • Soak 1/2
    cup moung daal for 01 hrs. Grind the daal to fine paste, keep it aside.
    heat
    the 01 cup ghee in a sauce pan & put the ground daal paste, saute it
    on low flame, till it turn golden & leave the side of the pan.
    Put 1/2
    cup of water in a pot to boil add 01 cup sugar in it, on low flame , keep
    stirring the spoon till the sugar get dissolved into the water &
    become syrup.
    Put
    the ground the daal paste mixture into the sugar syrup & cook on low
    flame, till the daal & sugar syrup combined to- gather. Remove it from
    the flame, garnish with the mix dry fruit from top.
