Ingredients
  1. ½ cup ghee
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. ½ cup milk
  4. ¾ cup sugar
  5. 4 cardamoms
  6. a small piece of nutmeg
  7. chironji, poppy seeds and almonds (optional)
Method
  • Heat ghee in a kadai. Add the besan and stir thoroughly. Heat milk and add to the besan, stirring constantly and evenly. When the besan turns reddish-brown and light, 'move from. fire.
