Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Evaporated Milk
    1 cup grated unsalted cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
    ½ tsp Green Cardamom Powder
    few strands Saffron Strands, dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk
    to garnish:
    Kewra or Rose Water few drops
    Slivered Almonds 1 tbsp
    Cut Pistachios 1 tbsp
Method
  • Put the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on low heat and keep on stirring until it thickens up. Once it cools down, refrigerate.
    Before serving, sprinkle some Rose Water or Kewra and sprinkle the slivered almonds and pistachios on top.
