Ingredients
  1. semi sweet chocolate 6 1/2 oz (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
  2. confectioners' sugar, sifted 2 cups
  3. milk 1/4 cup
  4. butter, softened 1/4 cup (1/2 stick)
  5. vanilla extract 2 tsp
Method
  • In sauce pan... add chocolate and butter...
  • Melt them until smooth... transfer in mixing bowl and cool
  • Add sifted sugar... and vanilla and mix well
  • You will get a smooth creamy icing.
