  1. میدہ ایک کپ
  2. پسی ہوئی چینی کپ
  3. دودھ تھوڑا سا
  4. چھوٹی الائچی دو عدد
  5. سوجی کپ
  6. چھلکا اترے ہوئے بادام حسب ضرورت
  7. کدوکش ناریل تھوڑا سا
METHOD
  • میدہ، سوجی ملا لیں۔ چینی بھی شامل کر لیں۔ پسے ہوئے بادام ناریل اور چھوٹی الائچی کو پانی سے سخت گوندھ لیں۔ ہاتھ سے پیڑے بناکر چھوٹی چھوٹی ٹکیاں بنا لیں۔ فرائی پین پر گھی میں دونوں طرف سے سرخ ہونے تک تلیں۔
