Ingredients
  1. Grewia( falsay)        ½ kg
    Sugar            1 cup
    Lemon juice             1 tbsp
    Black salt      ½ tsp
    Rose water   2 tbsp
Method
  • Soak grewia overnight and keep in the fridge
    The next day  blend to a smooth puree, sieve and remove pulp, discard seeds, mix grewia puree with sugar, lemon juice, rose water and blend again
     Fill mixture into plastic glasses, cover the top of glass with foil, insert a wooden ice-cream stick in the foil and place it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours or until set.
