Ingredients

1/4 cup instant coffee
1 liter milk, cold
1/4 cup sugar or low calorie sweetener

Method

1. Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar into hot water.
2. Stir in 1 liter of cold milk and and add ice.
3. Top with whipped cream (optional). you can also use vanila or choclate scoope.
