Ingredients
  1. Celery sticks 2
    Boiled peas 1/4cup
    Boiled eggs 6
    Medium sized onions 1
    Capsicum 1
    Large prawns 12
    Lemon juice 1tbsp
    Salt as required
    Crushed black pepper 1/4tsp
    Parsley                 1/4bunch
    Cream cheese 2tbsp
    Boiled potatoes 1
Method
  • In a food processor chop together 2 celery sticks,1 capsicum and 1 onion
    Add 1 boiled potato salt as required, 1/4tsp crushed black pepper, 1tbsp lemon juice, 2tbsp cream cheese, 1/4 cup peas, ¼ bunch parsley and 6 boiled egg yolks. Pulse the mixture in a food processor until a paste like mixture is formed
    Slit about 3/4 of the way through the shrimp and boil in water for a few minutes
    Fill the egg mixture in a piping bag and evenly pipe into the egg halves. With the help of a tooth pick, insert one boiled shrimp along with a sprig of parsley into each egg white half and serve.
