گھی بنائے مکھن کے ساتھ (INGREDIENTS)

مکھن ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
میدہ ۔۔ یا آٹا ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چٹکی

METHOD

ایک پین میں مکھن ڈال کر دھیمی آنچ پر گرم کریں، ساتھ ہی ایک چٹکی نمک ڈال دیں۔ نمک ڈالنے سے مکھن جلدی پگھلے گا۔ جب مکھن مکمل طور پر پگھل گیا تو آپ کو مکھن کے اوپر سفید سی جھاگ نظر آئے گے۔ اس جھاگ پر میدہ یا آٹا ڈال کر چمچ سے مکس کریں، آپ دیکھیں گے کہ سفید جھاگ آٹے کے ساتھ مل کر نیچے بیٹھ جائے گے۔ اب مزید ایک منٹ گھی کو گرم کریں اور پھر کسی صاف برتن میں چھان لیں۔ تھوڑا ٹھنڈا کر کے صاف جار میں ڈال کر رکھ دیں۔ یقین کر کہ بازار کے مقابلے میں سستا اور خوشبودار گھی تیار ہوگا۔ ایک بار بنالیا تو دوبارہ بازار کا تیار کردہ گھی استعمال نہیں کریں گے۔
