Ingredients
  1. 1 red pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
  2. 1 green pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
  3. 1 large head chicory, thinly sliced
  4. ½ cucumber, diced
  5. 1 quantity Vinaigrette Dressing
  6. 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, to garnish
Method
  • Remove skins from the sausages and dice. Put lettuce into a glass serving bowl, scatter over half the diced sausage. Add a layer of peppers, then remaining diced sausage. Add chicory and cucumber, then pour over dressing.
  • Serve sprinkled with poppy seeds.
