METHOD
  • چار ٹیبل اسپون آیل میں چکن،نمک،کالی مرچ ،کٹی لال مرچ،چاٹ مصالحہ ڈال کر بھون لیںیہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے۔ایک کپ مائیو میں چار جوے لہسن کے باریک چوپ کر کے ڈالیں اور مکس کر لیں۔ اب پاٹھے پر مائیو لگا کر چکن رکھیں سلاد پتا اور پیاز رکھ کر رول کر لیں
  • پراٹھہ ٹمام اجزاء کو ملا کر آٹا گوند لیں اور پراٹھے بنا لیں کم آئل لگا کر۔
