  1. ان سالٹڈ مکھن چار اونس (پگھلا ہوا)
  2. کاسٹر شوگر تین اونس
  3. انڈے کی زردی ایک عدد
  4. (کالے کشمش تھوڑے سے (بیج نکال کر اور دھو کر
  5. مالٹے کا چھلکا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  6. انڈے کی سفیدی ایک عدد
  7. میدہ سات اونس
  8. دار چینی پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
  9. دودھ ایک سے دو کھانے کے چمچ
  10. (کیک اسپائس پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ (دار چینی، لونگ، جائفل
METHOD
  • مکھن کو بیٹر کی مدد سے اچھی طرح بیٹ کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں کاسٹر شوگر اور انڈے کی زردی شامل کر کے بیٹ کریں۔ پھر اس میں مالٹے کا چھلکا، کشمش، میدہ، کیک اسپائس پاؤڈر اور دار چینی پاؤڈر ڈال کر بیٹر کی مدد سے اچھی طرح بیٹ کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں دودھ ڈال کر اس کا بیٹر بنا کر آدھے گھنٹے کےلئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ پھر اسے بیل کر کوکیز کٹر کی مدد سے کاٹ کر بیکنگ ٹرے پر رکھ لیں۔ پھر اسے دو سو ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر دس منٹ کےلئے بیک کریں۔ اب کوکیز کو نکال کر انڈے کی سفیدی کے ساتھ برش کرکے دوبارہ دس منٹ کےلئے بیک کر دیں۔ پھر کاسٹر شوگر ڈال کر وائر ریک پر رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
