  1. 4 Egg
  2. 2 Onion
  3. 2 Tomato
  4. Curry Leaves
  5. 2 Green Chilly
  6. 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  9. Sugar
  10. 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  11. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  12. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Method
  • 1) Chop onion, tomato, green chilly and curry leaves.
  • 2) Boil the egg and mix the cumin coriander powder with ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
  • 3) Slit the eggs length wise with a knife if you like it. Light fry the egg and keep it aside.
  • 4) Heat oil in pan then add the chopped onion. Fry it until it brown. Pour the above mixture with tomato and tomato sauce.
  • 5) Stir well . Add green chilly and curry leaves. If necessary add little water. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins. Now add the fried egg.
  • 6) Serve it with rice or roti.
  • Serving Size: 2
