Ingredients
  1. youghurt 1KG
  2. ginjer garlic paste 2 TABLE SPOON
  3. salt 1 TABLE SPOON
  4. red chillies 2 TABLE SPOON
  5. oil HALF CUP
  6. chicken 1KG
Method
  • 1. Put half a cup of oil in a sauce pan.
  • 2. Add chicken to it and fry chicken until it turns brown
  • 3. Add ginjer garlic paste to it and keep frying for 3 minutes
  • 4. Add youghurt,salt and red chillies to it
  • 5. Cover the sauce pan for the chicken to be cooked well at low flame for 20 minutes.
  • Note: Dont add water to cook the chicken as it will ruin the taste of youghurt chicken
