  1. BOIL EGG .1
  2. BOIL POTATO.5
  3. TOMATO KATCHUP.25 G
  4. SALT.AS REQUIRED
  5. BESAN MIXTURE 5 SPOONS
  6. ANAR DANA.2SPOON
  7. RED CHILLI GRINDED.1 TABLE SPOON
  8. CORIENDER.FOR GARNISH
Method
  • Mash the potato with boil egg.add salt,chille,anar dana then make its cutlus like shape.dip into besan mixture and fry it in light oil.after shello fry garnish it with coriender.it is ready.
