Ingredients
  1. 50 curry leaves (about 6 sprigs)
  2. oil for frying
  3. 2 tsps sesame seeds
  4. 3 dried coconut pieces
  5. 2 dried whole red chillies
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. salt to taste
Method
  • Fry, separately, the curry leaves, sesame seeds, coconut Coarsely pound all the and red chillies . Coasarsely pound all the ingredients together. Mix in all these and salt, into the curd. Afix well and serve. (The ingredients can be powdered and bottled, ready O use when required.)
