Ingredients
  1. • ¾ cup of Mayonnaise
  2. • 2 tsp. of Curry Powder
  3. • 1 (10 ounce size) prebaked Italian Bread Shell Crust or a Homemade Pizza Dough
  4. • 2 (6 ounce size) cans of Lump Crab Meat (drained)
  5. • ¾ cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  6. • ¾ cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with crab and cheeses. Place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
