Ingredients
  1. Macaroni 375 g
  2. Finally chopped 3 tbsp
  3. Fresh parsley
  4. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  6. Creamy MushRooms sauce:-
  7. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  8. Onion 1
  9. Mushroom, sliced 500 g
  10. Paprika 1 tbsp
  11. Tomato paste 1 cup
  12. Skim milk
  13. Black pepper
Method
  • • Cook macaroni in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
  • • To make sauce, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion and mushroom for 5 minutes. Place paprika tomato paste and milk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Stir into mushroom mixture and cook, stirring over a low heat for 5 minutes
  • • Place pasta in a heated serving dish and spoon sauce over. Toss to combine and spinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve
