Ingredients
  1. • Colocasia 200 grams
  2. • Potatoes 2
  3. • Mustard seeds 1sp
  4. • Fresh coriander(chopped)¼ bunch
  5. • Onion (chopped) 1
  6. • Green chillies (chopped) 3
  7. • Ginger (chopped) 1 medium peace
  8. • Desiccated coconut 1tbsp
  9. • Gram flour 1 cup
  10. • Salt to taste
  11. • Oil for frying
Method
  • • Boil colocasia and potatoes together, smash, add all ingredients except gram flour and oil, mix carefully.
  • • Create little balls from this mixture.
  • • Mix salt and water in gram flour to make thick paste.
  • • Warm oil in a wok, coat prepared balls with gram flour paste and cook, when golden remove on absorbent paper.
