دہی ۔۔ آدھا کلو
بیسن ۔۔ آدھا کپ
ہلدی ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کری پتہ ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
بھنڈی ۔۔ حسب ذوق
گوار پھلی ۔۔ حسب ذوق
ساگر پھلی ۔۔ حسب ذوق
املی کا پانی ۔۔ تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچے
کوکونٹ ملک ۔۔ آدھا کپ

METHOD

دہی میں بیسن، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلدی، نمک اور زیرہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بلینڈ کرلیں۔ اب بھنڈی، گوار پھلی اور ساگر پھلی کو املی کے پانی میں شامل کر کے پکائیں۔ جب تیار ہوجائے تو تیل میں کری پتہ، ثابت لال مرچ لونگ، رائی دانہ اور کلونجی کا بگھار ڈالیں۔ سفید چاولوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
