Chicpeas Bhurani

Ingredients: Black chickpeas 1 cup boiled
Onion 1 cup finely cut
Green chillies 2 finely cut
Tomato 1 cubed
Curry leaves few
Green coriander ½ punch cut
Tamarind pulp 100 grams
Potatoes 100 grams
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chillies powder ½ tsp
Red chillies ½ tsp crushed
Coriander ½ tsp crushed
White cumin ½ tsp crushed
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup

Method: • Boil potatoes and cube them.
• Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger, garlic, add onion and fry till golden.
• Add curry leaves, chickpeas, turmeric, crushed and powder red chillies, tamarind pulp, cumin, coriander, salt and black pepper.
• Stir and cook for few minutes and remove from flame.
• Add green chillies, potatoes, tomatoes and fresh coriander and serve
