Ingredients
  1. Black chickpeas 1 cup boiled
  2. Onion 1 cup finely cut
  3. Green chillies 2 finely cut
  4. Tomato 1 cubed
  5. Curry leaves few
  6. Green coriander ½ punch cut
  7. Tamarind pulp 100 grams
  8. Potatoes 100 grams
  9. Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  11. Red chillies powder ½ tsp
  12. Red chillies ½ tsp crushed
  13. Coriander ½ tsp crushed
  14. White cumin ½ tsp crushed
  15. Black pepper powder to taste
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 1 cup
Method
  • • Boil potatoes and cube them.
  • • Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger, garlic, add onion and fry till golden.
  • • Add curry leaves, chickpeas, turmeric, crushed and powder red chillies, tamarind pulp, cumin, coriander, salt and black pepper.
  • • Stir and cook for few minutes and remove from flame.
  • • Add green chillies, potatoes, tomatoes and fresh coriander and serve
