Ingredients:

chicken boneless 500 gm
for marination
salt according to taste
white peper according to taste
oil 1 tea spoon
cornflour 1 table spoon
one egg

for gravey;
1/4 cup oil
capsicum 2 or three cut in cubes
galrlic chopped 1 table spoon
one onion cut in cubes
chilli sauce one table spoon
chilli garlic sauce half cup
soysauce 1 table sppon
suger 2 table spoon
salt according taste
black and red peper crushed half tea spoon
vineger 1 table spoon
corn flour 2 table spoon
water
one chicken cube

Method:
cooking directions

mix all ingredients in chicken and leave it for one hour

then fry marinated chicken and leave aside

in oil saute garlic and crushed red chillies

add capsicum and onion and fry it

add chilli sauce , chilli garlic sauce chicken cube, soysauce ,suger,vineger ,salt,peper, stir it and cook for a while add some wate water if u need

then add fry chicken and cook for a while

then mix cornflour and add to gravey till thickness

serve with hot fried rice
