Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds chicken tenders
  2. 1 pinch salt, Kosher
  3. 1/2 cup(s) peanut butter, creamy, natural
  4. 1/2 cup(s) water
  5. 2 tablespoon soy sauce, less sodium
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
Method
  • Preheat oven to 375. Coat baking dish with oil spray and set aside.
  • Sprinkle chicken tenders with kosher salt and place in baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
  • While chicken is cooking, make dip by mixing peanut butter, water, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
